Rev. Fr. Vijay Abraham Thomas was born and raised in the New York/New Jersey Area, son of Rev. Fr. T. A. Thomas and Mrs. Annamma Thomas, After graduating with Bachelors in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, he began working as an engineer. He soon realized his calling to serve God and left his job in order to enroll in St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary in Yonkers, NY and continued his study of Liturgy in Old Theological Seminary in Kottayam, India . He has held several responsibilities including MGOCSM Northeast Diocesan Secretary, and directing the youth ministry for America, and continues to serve the church in multiple roles. He is married to Bincy Alexander Thomas, and lives in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
