Cyril Rayan has more than 13 years experience in international marketing and sales. He is an entrepreneur, professor and an author. He has developed several leadership courses and seminars. He is a Co-founder of the Potter’s Ministries. He has a passion to study leadership and is a speaker doing leadership seminars and conferences. In 2007 he published a book on leadership called “Moving from Vision to Reality” (http://www.movingfromvisiontoreality.com/) which also was an award winning finalist through usabooknews in the general business category. He just finished a tour to Kenya, Africa in March 2008 training more than 300 leaders in four different cities speaking in conferences titled ”Moving from Vision to Reality”.
