CSI Church Dubai South Kerala Diocese

C.S.I Dubai (SKD) has been formed in the year 2006 to cater the spiritual needs of Malayalam speaking community especially from South Kerala Diocese living in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaima. The fellowship of the members of CSI South Kerala Diocese met on 16th April 2006 resulting in the formation of the Church in Dubai. The worship was discontinued in the month of July due to some difficulties and limitations.

On 5th July 2009 the members of CSI Dubai SKD met together and reinstated the services at the residence of one of our founder member Mr. Chrispen Justus. The Most Rev. Dr. J. W. Gladstone, the former Moderator of the CSI blessed the first communion service on 9th October 2009. Our first service was conducted by Rev. E. Sunin Spenzer from South Kerala Diocese who served as the presbyter of CSI Tamil congregation in Al Ain had given the pastoral care and leadership for this church. Regular weekly worships were held in Karama Centre Hall & Indian Academy School, Al Qusais till we get the permanent worship place in Holy Trinity Centre, Karama on 3rd May 2012. Our church is under the direct guidance of our Bishop The Rt. Rev. A. Dharmaraj Rasalam.

Our regular worship services are conducted on every Thursday evening at 8.30 at Holy Trinity Church Karama, Dubai. Worship service methods, traditional Hymns & Lyrics books used are from South Kerala Diocese.
