he Church of Philadelphia a is registered church under the laws governing societies operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are serving the community at large, particularly the Christian community since 1985 as a Full Gospel Pentecostal Church. The Church presently has 13 different language groups worshiping in their own languages at different times during the week. The combined worship service is held in the main sanctuary at 8am on all Fridays. May our Lord bless his saints and the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
A group of American believers began a prayer cell in the latter part of 1970. It soon grew into a Prayer and Praise Fellowship and believers of other nationalities were added on. In the year 1985 under the leadership of Pastor Victor Rosado, this fellowship was registered as a Christian Society with the government of Bahrain. Since then, various language groups were added and in early 1990, the fellowship was re-registered as a Christian Church.
Later in 2005, we enlarged our leased facility to include a larger worship hall and it is a living testimony of the Lord’s faithfulness and divine providence. Today we enjoy the freedom to worship our Lord as a Full Gospel Pentecostal Church.
