It is belived that the Church at Kombady was built around 1870. The Church was renovated and roof was relaid by Rev. Fr. S. Francis and was blessed on 8th May 2003. Rev. Fr. Sahaya Loudrin laid the floor of the Church and it was blessed by Rev.Fr. Sathianesan on 08th May 2009. On 1939 Kombady became a separate mission. Rev. Fr. Rainald Missier built a new presbytery and was blessed on 21st March 1991 by Bishop S.T. Amalnather.
