All Saints CSI Church, Kalamassery was formed by the earnest and sincere work of a handful of Christians who had been staying in this area. Sri. Jacob George, Sri. T. C. Joseph, Sri. S. Samuel and Sri. S. Danam, Sri. U. George and Sri. I. Rasalayyan are being remembered in connection with the beginning of the Church.
It all started as a Library Reading Room in 1964 named as ‘CSI Information Centre’ inaugurated by Rev. Rosewell, President of Bassal Mission during that period. In the same year the diocese purchased 0.40 acre of land from Smt. Annama Jacob and Sri K. I. Samuel. The first Holy communion is performed by Rev. M. P. Mathew on 14th October 1964. In April 1966, this became an independent church and named as ‘Eloor – Kalamassery Industrial Mission Pastorate’. On 3rd June 1973 the foundation stone was laid by Rt. Rev. T. B. Benjamin This happened through the sincere and enthusiastic efforts of the members and Rev. George Ninan, vicar during that period, The Church was completed and dedicated to God, on 27th February 1977, by our Bishop Rt. Rev. T. B. Benjamin and named as CSI All Saints Church. The Service was addressed by Rev. Abraham Kuruvila, Rev. George Ninan, Rev.K. M. Thampan, Rev. Jacob Thomas, Rev. M. O. Abraham, Rt. Rev. Dr. K. C. Seth(Late), Rt. Rev. Dr. George Isaac.
Rev. M. P. Mathew was our first presbyter. Rev. Jacob Thomas, Rev. George Ninan, Rev. Simon, Rev. John Viswanathan, Rev. Thomas V. Abraham, Rev. Mathew C.I., Rev. M. S. Stephenson, Rev. Dr.B. N. Fenn and Rev. P. J. Jacob are other presbyters who followed him. Rev. Mammen is our present presbyter.
Sunday School, Youth Fellowship, Mispah Fellowship, Women’s Fellowship, Choir (Senior), Junior Choir are the different organizations within the Church.
The Church runs a Day Care, which is helpful for working parents. Church also have a Library and a Jubilee home apart from the church.
