THMC has been growing quickly and God has not only blessed the ministry in Toronto, but He has also opened the door for a church to be built in Montreal, in Frankfurt and in Malaysia. Alongside this, God has helped us to go back to our homeland and to start teaching the gospel in Sri Lanka. The completion of this vision will ensure that the nation of Sri Lanka will avoid a destructive end like Sodom and Gomorrah and become a mighty source of blessing for the whole world. Praise God. He has helped us to be a blessing to the churches, their leaders and the believers not only in Canada around the world.

Our mission statement is, to reach the unreached in Toronto and Sri Lanka. There is over
300, 000 Sri Lankans who live in Toronto; of them, at least 90% have migrated to Canada because of the civil war. Among this demographic, 99% of them are Hindus. Our goal is to reach them through spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sri Lanka, previously known as “Ceylon”, has a population of about 21 million occupants. The population of this country has a dividend of four ethnic groups, Sinhala, Tamils, Muslims and Burgers (Anglo-Indians). Religious statistics have shown that 74% of the populous practice Buddhism, 18% are Hindus, and the remaining are Muslim and Christian. We are working through Sri Lankan local churches to spread the gospel, to reach the unreached.

Toronto Harvest Missionary Church was founded in 1995, in Toronto. Through Toronto Harvest Missionary Church, our Blessing Hand Mission was launched and commenced in Sri Lanka, 1999.
