Rev. Philip Samuel serves as the senior pastor of Grace Pentecostal Church. After graduating with a Bachelor of Theology degree from Serampore University, India, Rev. Philip joined Evangelical Medical Fellowship of India in 1994, a subset of Union of Evangelical Students of India (UESI), working among medical students and Doctors. In 1996, he joined the state body of UESI, Maharashtra Evangelical Graduates Fellowship as the Regional Coordinator, and then from 1999 served as the State Secretary of UESI-Maharashtra.

In 2007, Philip joined Ravi Zacharias International Ministry as the Asst. Head, Ministry and Operations for Western Region, India.

In 2012, Pastor Philip Samuel decided to move to pastoral ministry and took an Associate Pastor position at The Church of God, Dhamtari, an independent church spread in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh (India). His primary role was to assist the senior Pastor of the church and also to teach in the Bible College associated with the Church.

In February 2018, Rev. Philip and family migrated to the United States. He is currently residing in Philadelphia with his wife Mercy, and children Preeti and Jonathan.

As pastor of Grace Pentecostal Church, he has a vision to see God's will fulfilled through effective ministry. He knows the importance of restoring people, saving souls and giving people purpose and direction in their lives. He is committed to going that extra mile to guide persons to wholeness and completeness in Christ, and provide a ministry where there is total freedom to worship and praise God.
