Our Church was founded in 1977 with our first vicar being Very Rev. Fr. Yohannan Sankaratthil Cor-Episcopa. The church acquired its current location at 987 Elmont Rd, N. Valley Stream, NY on October 5, 1982.
Besides Very Rev. Fr. Yohannan Sankaratthil Cor-Episcopa, Rev. Fr. C.K. Rajan, Rev. Fr. George Koshy, Rev. Fr. T.A. Thomas, Rev. Fr. Jacob Philip, Very Rev. Fr. C.M. Alexander Cor-Episcopa and Rev. Fr. George Mathew have served this parish as vicars.
The construction of the present church began in October 1995. The consecration of our church was done by His Grace Dr. Thomas Mar Makarios on November 13 and 14, 1998
